Unique Positive Art

Feel like adding some positive art to your life?

One of the things that I most enjoy doing is expressing myself creatively through painting, drawing and crafting. I love experimenting with watercolor art, wax crayons, oil pastels, felt tip pens, modeling clay, fimo clay, and generally any sort of creative tool that comes in different colours. I create fantasy and abstract art mostly.

What I like the most is letting the piece create itself, and enjoying the process. I like using loads of colours. I enjoy very much the feeling of aliveness and peace that I get by looking at some of the finished pieces. That's why I call it positive art.

I also enjoy positive art in the form of prints and posters, like this one of Bob Marley: "you just can't live in that negative way... make way for the positive day":

...or this other inspiring print:

I also like many of these Sun posters and prints.

I don't do art for money, I do it because I enjoy it. But except for a few pieces, I don't have any particular interest in keeping them, once created. I thought you may like to have a piece of positive art.

But like I said, I don't do art because of money, so rather than "selling" my pieces with a fixed price, I'll give you whichever one you like in exchange for a donation through PayPal, to cover the postage and the time invested in creating it (so you get to choose the "price"). And if you don't want any that's Ok, I wish you enjoy looking at my creations.

Go straight to positive art (click the link or scroll down) or keep on reading if you want to have one of the pieces.

How much you will donate is up to you - I thank you in advance. However, I would ask you to please make it at least enough to cover the postage. As of August 2008, this is, in United Kingdom pounds and US dollars, what it costs me roughly to send you any piece of positive art:

If you live in the UK: £1 - $2

If you live in the rest of Europe: £2 - $4

If you live in the rest of the world: £3 - $6

Just a few things:

  • Those are prices for standard delivery; they are NOT applicable to signed for or overnight delivery. If you'd like me to send you a piece of positive art in any other way than normal standard delivery, please contact me about it first.

  • The clay pieces are delicate and so I will ensure that they are extremely well protected. In the case of certain pieces I may need to send them as packages and so the postage could be slightly higher, but if that's the case I'll say so in the description of the picture.

  • If you want to have one of these pieces of positive art, click the "Donate" button next to the description of the piece you want. You'll be taken to PayPal, where you can enter the amount you want to donate (in US dollars), your postal address (which I obviously need to send you the piece) and the title or number of the piece you chose. After donating, you'll be taken to a thank you page.

I thank you for looking at my positive art - make that a double thank you if you decide to make a donation and get one (or more) pieces.
