Using Positive Thinking On Your Life

Once you get to know a bit more about positive thinking, the next step is how to apply positive thinking on your life.

In this page you'll discover a few key points to use positive thinking on your daily life.

Good morning, good morning

Always make a point of starting your day in a good mood.

The way you start your day influences greatly what happens until you go back to sleep again.

It is very useful to write down in the night what you want for the next day.

You can list a few things you will do that will fulfill you and get you closer to your goals; you can visualize yourself having a great day and feeling relaxed and positive.

How do you feel?

Ok, so we agree it's not possible to keep a positive attitude 100% of the time. That is all right.

Don't beat yourself up for not being a positive person at all times. I don't think I have yet met anybody who is happy and feeling good all the time.

The best thing you can do is accepting the way you feel first. So you are feeling a bit flat - so what? Shrug your shoulders, say "Oh well..." and know that up times will come.

Accept what you feel and simply go on.

Life is good to me

relaxing kangaroo Whatever goes on, keep a "Life is good to me" attitude.

In this way, you can even experience difficult times and bad events as a stepping stone to growth, wisdom and peace.

Again it all comes down to how you choose to look at life at each moment.

Thank you!

One of the best tips for positive thinking on your life is to be thankful for what you already have.

You can do that easily: whenever you are waiting, in a queue, or having a couple of spare minutes, consciously think about the things you are grateful for.

Even better, write down a list of those things. Read that list before you go to sleep to end the day in a positive note.

It's a people's world

You can use positive thinking on your life to improve your relationships with other people.

Through positive thinking, you can choose to look at other people's positive qualities and also develop understanding and compassion toward someone else's circumstances.

Positive thinking can help you to be at ease with people as you learn to accept yourself first and look at the positive side of life.

This will show through you and will make others feel better when you apply positive thinking on your life daily.

Positive waves

A great way to use positive thinking on your life daily is by understanding and using the Law of Attraction, which is a practical application of quantum physics.

The law of attraction explains that "like attracts like".

As you feel good inside you, you generate positive vibrations that affect what surrounds you and attracts positive circumstances.

Equally, if you feel negative and generate negative vibrations, you are bound to attract negative circumstances.

Knowing this, you can use positive thinking on your life to your advantage and start feeling positive now, so that you start attracting the circumstances, people and events favourable to you.

As Mike Dooley says in "Infinite Possibilities", "We are only a thought away from new beliefs that fill us with happiness and well-being."

You can also combine your religious beliefs if you are a Christian and positive thinking in your life, with the help of "The power of positive thinking", the classic book which blends Christianity and positive thinking.

"You are never too old to become younger."

Mae West
