Thankful For Learning to Be Me

I am so grateful for learning how to be me. The process is ongoing but the process is a true enjoyment. I'm thankful for learning the power of positive affirmations. I'm thankful for being able to share my experiences with others who may benefit from what I've learned. I'm thankful realizing the benefit of expressing gratitude. I'm grateful for my health and my exercise regime. I'm grateful for a supportive family. I'm grateful for all the different people and friend's that GOD has put in my life. I'm thankful for my spirituality. I'm just thankful!

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Today is a new day. You will get out of it just what you put into it. If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. And supposing you have tried and failed again and again, you may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call "failure" is not the falling down, but the staying down.

Most of all the answers that you seek lie right inside. The power to do, the power to be happy, to believe that you can do all lie inside of you. You don't start having problems until you start looking outside of you for answers that you control. If something upsets you, you can't control that, but you can control how you react to it. You are the answer to your peace of mind.
