Even though I found that some of the tips appear several times throughout the handbook, I liked the fact that I can take any of the chapters on their own and apply it to any project I may be busy with, seeing results.

I also liked that the authors speak from experience, bringing in examples from their own lives. They explain clearly what motivation is, and the importance of momentum.

All in all, I find that this handbook contains all the information that I could possibly need to feel motivated and maintain the feeling, via down-to-earth tips that work and help me get on to my goals.
