'7 People Saved My Life' By Paul Browning

'7 People Saved My Life - How to make it back from rock bottom' is one of the most gripping books I've read lately.

In this book, Paul Browning shares his story and how he made it back from rock bottom after several life-changing events (such as a divorce), thanks to the help of seven key people.

This is not only a book about the life story of a particular man. It is also a book full of teachings and profound truths that apply to many situations in life, some of which I'm sure you've encountered.

What I liked most about '7 People Saved My Life' is that Paul expresses his true feelings as he experienced them.

Paul does not try to put up a 'know-it-all' or an 'I-was-always-fine' image; he shares with you his greatest moments and also his lowest, and his honesty shines through.

Thanks to this honesty you can fully understand the depth of his feelings and can recognize having experienced some of them. I love the fact that Paul shares exactly what happened next and what he did in order to bring himself back from rock bottom - and the great lessons he learned.

In his journey Paul was inspired and received the help of seven key people. He shares what he learned from them and how these people contributed to helping him bring his life on to the next level.

I fully recommend you read this book. It is entertaining and gripping - I actually found myself reading while walking down the street, unable to put it down. Most of all, it contains many truths to help you gain resilience.
