'Heart Thoughts' By Louise Hay

'Heart thoughts' has such a powerful soothing effect. As I read it, I found myself relaxing more and more, allowing the truths in it reach me.

This book contains positive thoughts about a number of subjects, such as love, work, deserving, abundance, money, children, health, fear, anger, anxiety or resentment. For instance...

"Fear comes from not trusting the process of life to be there for you. The next time you are frightened, say 'I trust the process of life to take care of me'".

Each thought brings you to a point of empowerment - where you can see the possibilities to move forward in a specific area of your life, no matter which frame of mind you start from.

As usual, the words of Louise Hay come through full of love and acceptance. There is nothing wrong with you, it's her message - and, you can move yourself from where you are to where you want to be, through the power of your own thought.

"My body loves me in spite of how I may treat it. My body communicates with me, and I now listen to its messages."

In 'Heart thoughts' you will also find powerful exercises, such as mirror work - where you use a mirror in order to heal the hard feelings you may have towards yourself or somebody else.

"Dis-ease breeds in unforgiveness. Forgiveness has nothing to do with condoning behaviour. The very person you find it hardest to forgive is often the one you need to let go of the most. I have found that forgiving and releasing resentment will help to dissolve even cancer."

I also like from this book that the thoughts can be used as affirmations. I took some of the thoughts that I found relevant to my moment in life and wrote them on A6 cards which I carried with me and read several times a day.

"With every breath I take, I'm getting healthier and healthier."

All in all, 'Heart thoughts' is a book with such a powerful positive message that you want to have it around and pick it up every now and then, to read a thought randomly. I can assure you - you'll feel uplifted straight away ;)

"It is a wonderful feeling to know that we don't have to be dependent on someone else, but that we have within us a tremendous capacity to make positive changes in our lives."
