About 20 minutes ago, I almost got into an all out pow-wow with two of my co-workers who always frustrate me, plus I'm stressed about the bills, money has been really tight, and it seems like when one thing gets fixed another breaks, so it's been a lot of stress, but within two minutes of reading this article, I already feel that overwhelming, gut wrenching coil just slip away. I've already been practicing the "breathing affirmation" thing and feel better. Thank you for these simple, practical insights on how to manage stress and be positive :)
