My life is a testimony... and my SMILE says it all

by Zakkenya Johnson

Nov. 12, 2009 I was involved in a domestic violence incident and I was shot 5 times. I spent close to 6 months in the hospital. There were several conversations with my mother while I was in a coma stating it was nothing else that could be done.

Needless to say, I suffered tremendously and still do BUT I know there are so many people that have left us after being shot 1 time. I stay thankful for all that I have been delivered from and I see myself as a walking blessing. So I can't complain.

My life is a testimony... and my SMILE says it all.
