Starting and Ending the Day with Gratitude

Every morning the first thing I have started doing for the past two months is listing the things I am grateful for. The love that I feel for my partner. The love that I feel for my three daughters. The Love for my 85 year old father who I'm thankful is still with me. I give thanks for my health and energy.

I repeat the same thing every night a bed time. It has changed my life incredibly. I live in Joy everyday with an amazing increase in energy.

Hi Blaine, thank you for sharing your gratitude routine! I also find that if I make a point of focusing on something I'm grateful for the first thing in the morning, my day is filled with more joy and more things to be thankful for. Thank you!
