The first of the list

by Alberto
(Spain)

Sometimes we have a big to-do list with a lot of tasks to do and we don't know which one to choose; I used to spend a lot of time just deciding what to do, and in the end I was even more stressed because I had wasted all that time doing nothing.

A good solution (for me): just starting by the fist task on the list. It's just a way to "start working", it doesn't matter if I just work in that task for fifteen minutes: once I'm "in motion" it's quite easy to choose the following task to do. I can save one hour of my time just by this technique.

Sorry about my English, I'm trying to improve it!

Thank you

Great tip, Alberto! I also find that the block is in the 'starting', and that once I'm in motion that's it! Thanks for sharing :-)
